Wes is on a mission to help dental professionals eliminate financial stress so they can focus on what they do best—clinical work and patient care. He believes that finances are one of life’s biggest stressors, and that managing them effectively is what frees doctors to perform at their highest potential.
Wes began his career in public accounting before transitioning to financial planning for small business owners. He later joined a major institutional asset management firm in Charlotte before becoming a Tax, Business, and Financial Planning Advisor at John K. McGill and Company. He rose to Partner status and, in 2022, purchased the consulting business from John McGill, assuming the role of CEO.
Today, Wes is a sought-after speaker known for blending education with entertainment—making complex financial topics approachable for dental audiences across the country.
